Pakistan style curry VS India style curry

 There are my two favorite Indian cuisine restaurant in Seattle, Mayuri and India King. Both are very tasty and reasonable price. However, their origins and taste are different. First, Mayuri makes Indian style family food such as Dosa which is similar to crepe, but India King doesn't make Dosa. Furthermore,Mayuri serves foods like Indian home style which have 4or 5 kinds of sauce and vegetable soup. However, India King serves foods like American family restaurant style which have salad,bread and dessert. Finally, they use different spices for same food. For example, if someone orders Vindaloo curry, it looks same, but Mayuri's curry is more spicy than India King.I think India King reduces hot taste because it is located next UW where American people and students are living. However, Mayuri is located in Redmond where a lot of Indian people is living. In conclusion, different kinds of taste cannot be problem. Although they have different taste, both are tasty for me and anyone who comes these restaurants feels same as me.
